My room was right by the elevator as soon as I stepped out. Love the different look of the sofa bed. Nice balcony view and the glass shower was amazing

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We got food from the lobby and it was ok. Not really worth the price paid for it. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. We would definitely stay here again if cruising out of Jax port.

I was able to sit in the lounging areas and it had tvs that you can control to watch what you want to. The breakfast, during booking I add the breakfast to my booking or else it would've been more expensive

Everything about this location was perfect. From checking in to the comfort of the bed, it was simply an overall good experience. Juvonyah, the front desk clerk, was super sweet & accommodating. She made sure my stay was comfortable.

We were evacuating and the staff was incredible. Nicole got us into our room at 8am. So comfortable we felt very at home. Great food and drink choices.

The room was spacious and was suitable for my family. They also gave me an upgrade as a Marriott elite member.

Location was convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly, TV had Netflix which was nice.

The staff was wonderful and courteous. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. When traveling with our kids, having extra room is always great!
